The Green Bastard’s mission is to design a flexible and resilient establishment that produces, aggregates, and distributes fresh and nutritious food products with the objective of advancing local production, promoting environmental & food security, and educating the Las Vegas Community; while also providing an unique social environment that community members will frequent.
